Primary Fit Anchor: High-Functioning Anxiety & Relational Stress
We specialize in therapy for driven, high-performing adults whose anxiety and self-pressure are affecting their relationships, work satisfaction, and sense of self.
You may be responsible and relied upon by others while internally experiencing:
Persistent rumination and overthinking
Sleep disruption due to mental restlessness
Irritability or withdrawal in relationships
Panic symptoms during high-pressure periods
Procrastination rooted in perfectionism
Emotional numbness after prolonged stress
Often, anxiety once supported achievement. Now it’s limiting connection and flexibility.
This page describes individual therapy for adults navigating high-functioning anxiety and relational stress.

Strong Fit Contexts
We are often a strong fit when:
Burnout is impacting your mood or relationships
Conflict with a partner feels repetitive and unresolved
Achievement no longer feels satisfying
A major life transition has destabilized your sense of identity
You want insight and practical change — not just coping strategies
Not the Right Fit
We may not be the right fit if:
You require immediate crisis stabilization (call 988 or go to the nearest ER).
You need court-ordered or forensic evaluations.
You are seeking medication management only.
Active substance dependence requires detox or inpatient care.
You require a higher level of care such as inpatient or intensive outpatient treatment.
We provide referrals when appropriate.
