Parenting Plans That Work
“The essence of a good parenting plan is to reassure children that they are loved, cared for, and protected by both parents.”
Create a Parenting Plan That Works for Your Family
A well-crafted parenting plan is key to ensuring that your children feel secure, loved, and supported during times of change. Whether you’re navigating a separation, divorce, or custody arrangement, a solid plan helps both parents stay aligned and focused on what’s best for the children/teens.
But knowing what to ask for in a parenting plan now, knowing that it will impact your child's life for years to come, can be a really scary thought. You simply don’t know what you don’t know in this situation…you’ve never been here before!
Using her knowledge and expertise as a Child, Adolescent and Family Therapist and a Family Law Mediator, Michelle will help guide you in addressing not only the short-term/immediate crises, but also the long term considerations (getting a car, going to college). Michelle will help you develop thoughtful, realistic parenting plans that minimize conflict and provide clear guidelines and expectations for shared responsibilities.
Together, you’ll create a plan that respects both parents’ needs while prioritizing your child’s/teen’s emotional well-being.

All of which decrease conflict and put the best interest of children first and foremost.
