Wellness for All of Life’s Challenges

In-Person Counseling in St. Charles, Missouri | Virtual Counseling Available

Middle Path Wellness Collective is a group of like-minded Social Workers and Counselors who share a common belief that ‘wellness’ isn’t just one thing. Rather, it’s a continuum of services; a collaboration among everyone involved, most importantly you.

We believe that finding the path to your personal wellness is important and unique. We’re here to guide you and help you start feeling like you want to feel…better.

When we begin the journey of wellness we tend to sway from one end of the spectrum, often filled with chaos and not feeling well, to the other end of the spectrum, where things are strict and unforgiving. Unsustainable.

The key is finding the “middle path”.

We’re here to help you find that middle path, whatever that looks like for you.

Come on in, have a seat and let us tell you more.

  • Therapy For Stressful & Traumatic Events

A powerful, evidence-based approach for healing trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories. EMDR uses guided eye movements to help your brain reprocess painful experiences, reducing the emotional charge associated with them. EMDR is effective for those struggling with PTSD, past trauma, or overwhelming stress.

Therapists who offer this service include:

    Amanda Maisel, LPC

    Diana Loewen, LPC

    MacKenzie Bradke, LCSW

    Haleigh LeftHand-Hack, LMSW

  • Addiction is a complex and deeply personal battle. You need a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore the roots of your addiction and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Using a blend of evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and innovative techniques such as EMDR, mindfulness, biofeedback, and Audio-Visual Entrainment (a technique using flashing lights and rhythmic sounds to stimulate and synchronize brainwave activity) to address both the physical and emotional aspects of addiction.

We recognize that addiction often intersects with trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, and other life challenges, so our approach is holistic and tailored to each person’s unique journey. We’re here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and hope as you reclaim your life and move toward healing.

Our goal at Middle Path Wellness Collective is to create a supportive, validating and peaceful space for you to begin and continue on your journey.

Our group of professionals are here to offer you support and guidance as you dig deep into the old wounds that have kept you from living to your full potential, being truly happy and feeling good in your own skin.

When you come to Middle Path Wellness Collective, our hope is that you take this bit of time to slow down.

Take a few deep breaths.
Invest in your well-being.
Turn off your phone notifications - everything can wait for a bit.
Help yourself to a snack and a hot or cold beverage.
Listen to the ocean waves of the sound machine and allow yourself to find a space in your mind that makes you feel good. Peaceful. Relaxed.

Or take a seat in the Meditation Space and do some stretching or deep breathing along with the videos. Feel free to get in touch with your creative self and grab the crayons or markers and color on the giant coloring page!

No judgement, we do it, too!

The office has been carefully designed to offer you a temporary escape from the harsh world around you. A safe haven where you can work toward the things you desire most and create the life you are meant to live: feeling good about who you are and the space you take up in the world.

Whatever you need to allow yourself to be present and focused on yourself, we hope you’ll find it here.

We are honored to welcome you to our Collective and look forward to walking alongside you on this important journey.
